今回はなんとマニラ在住オーストラリア・パース出身の方々へのワークショップでした！オーストラリアは谷村うどんが初めてうどん作りをした国であり（パースは一ヶ月半ほど）、1年間過ごしたところなので、間違いなく第◯の故郷であり（故郷がありすぎる）、オーストラリア出身と聞くだけでなんか嬉しくなります。挨拶はビールから始まる久しぶりのオージーバイブスを感じました（んで相変わらず素直に有り難く頂く・・・）

Workshop for Aussies from Perth living in Manila. Australia is definitely one of the memobrale countries and one of my "homes" as Tanimura Udon started traveling from Australia and I spent there for a year. So happy to meet you all here in Manila and feeling aussie vibes.
