オクトーバーフェストでミュンヘンの町中が活気に満ちている中、喧騒から離れたお宅でうどんワークショップが行われました！実はミュンヘンにオクトーバーフェスト期間中に行くのは大混雑で宿泊場所の空きを見つけるという点で困難を極めます。なので、当日まで宿泊場所のアテがない中（本当に空室がないので）「最悪野宿かこれは・・・」と打ちひしがれている中ミュンヘンに向かっていました・・・するとwolfsburgで谷村うどんを食べてくれた方が、ミュンヘンに住む知人を紹介してくださり、なんとか泊ていただき、今回のワークショップを行うことができました。前回も紹介しましたが、wolfsburgの会は、香川県でうどんを食べてくれた方からの紹介で開催されました。そう思うと、堅苦しい表現ですが「皆さんの愛の連鎖に支えられて各地でうどんを作ることができ、うどん旅を続けられている」と日々感じざるを得ません。皆さんいつもありがとうございます！

During this busiest season of Munich with Oktoberfest, Tanimura udon workshop was held in the quiet area far away from the chaos. It is actually unimaginably difficult to find an accommodation during this season in Munich, and so was I. Thinking of an option to just sleep nowhere in Munich city, I got an email from this person in Munich that he can offer me a room. He said his friend from Wolfsburg told him that I am looking for an accommodation, and this person was the person who had my udon in Wolfsburg. As I introduced on my past report, a person who had my udon in Kagawa prefecture introduced the host of Wolfsburg about me. Through this experience, I cannnot stop thinking that this udon journey is always supported by everyone's love and I can make udon all around the world because of this.
