なぜだか未だにはっきりとはわからないのですが、ユダヤ人はお喋りで、有難いことにワークショップを始めるやいなやうどんや旅に関する質問の数がすごいです（笑）特に盛り上げようとせずとも自然と空間のエネルギー指数が上がって行くので、気楽で助かります（笑）聞くと、皆さんイスラエルに住んでいると日本人との接点はあまりないようですが、イスラエルとパレスチナの関係を見ていると、無知ながら「接点を持つこと」の大切さをひしひしと感じます。皆んな生活に必死で半径数キロ内のことしか殆どの人が頭が回らないし、友達も家族もその国にいなければただの地球上の一点にしか見えないでしょう。谷村うどんという日本食を通じて、日本との接点を持ってもらえたなら光栄です。と言う思いで日本のことも紹介しながらいつも自己紹介してます。今回も企画や準備ありがとうございました！

I am still not clear about this but Jewish people tend to ask many questions, which I really appreciate because it proves that my guests are interested in my udon trip and udon itself. And also workshop goes smoothly with great energy and vibes without me trying to think about giving a boost on my workshop so it helps lol As far as I heard, not many Israeli has chance to meet Japanese people in Israel. But I feel like having a "personal connection" in someway is very important to create a feeling of caring, observing the relationship of Palestine and Israel. Generally people are busy with their lives around them and if they dont have friends or families on other part of the world, the place can be just categorized as somewhere "unrelated". I am hoping experiencing my workshop could change the Israeli's view of "Japan" in positive way somehow. This is why I do intorudction of Japan in the begining of my workshop everytime.
