This time I made udon in Reims Champagne where is very well known as an origin of Chanpagne. We opened the biggest champagne bottle I ‘ve ever seen in my life in the very beginning of the party and kept on drinking champagne till the end… It was a great pleasure to have this kind of experience and learn about difference between champagne and sparkling wine and pros and cons of living in France. Again people were so nice and I was offered a room to stay over, got to join the BBQ with my guests and I am so happy and can’t appreciate enough for them.
