パリから電車で1時間ほどのところにあるシャンパーニュ地方のランスという、名前の通りシャンパンで有名な街でうどんを作らせていただきました！巨大なシャンパンボトルの開栓からは始まり、パーティーの間もひたすらシャンパンを飲み続けるランスの方々に、シャンパンとスパークリングワインの違い(ボトルの中で炭酸を作るか、ボトルの外のタンクを使って炭酸を作るかの違いがあるようです・・・)や、フランスの住み心地や文化について教えていただきとても勉強になりました。泊めさせて頂いたり、バーベキューに参加させて頂いたり、またしても大変もてなして頂き、皆様の優しさに触れる1日でした・・・皆さんありがとうございました！

This time I made udon in Reims Champagne where is very well known as an origin of Chanpagne. We opened the biggest champagne bottle I ‘ve ever seen in my life in the very beginning of the party and kept on drinking champagne till the end… It was a great pleasure to have this kind of experience and learn about difference between champagne and sparkling wine and pros and cons of living in France. Again people were so nice and I was offered a room to stay over, got to join the BBQ with my guests and I am so happy and can’t appreciate enough for them.
