Making udon all around the world means talking about “Japan” as a representative of Japan… I can’t count exactly how many times I was ashamed of myself for not being able to answer every question about Japan confidently. Some questions that I’ve asked are “What’s the are of Tokyo in square km?” “how many nuclear power plants in Japan are there and how many are active?”… So I’m here in Japan and really trying to learn about my country.

This time while I stayed in japan, japanese lady who had my udon in the U.K twice organized an another udon event in Tokyo when she came back to Japan. Thank you for choosing to have my udon straight after coming back to Japan! lol

ということで谷村うどん日本滞在中に、イギリスで谷村うどんを2回食べてくれた方が日本一時帰国のタイミングで、3回目の谷村うどんイベントを東京にて開催してくださりました！帰国直後であらゆる日本の魅力がある中、谷村うどんを選んでくださりありがとうございました（笑）
