なんと同じ幹事の方が、嬉しいことにパーティーに続き、ワークショップを開催してくれました！香川県に住んでいたことがある幹事さんからは、「宮武が・・・」（讃岐うどん界の伝説のうどん屋のこと）とか、「湯だめはやらないの？」（水で締めたうどんをもう一度温めるツウな食べ方）という会話がここイスラエルで飛び交います。ユダヤ教徒が多くを占めるイスラエルでは、「シャバット」と呼ばれる期間があり、ユダヤ教徒の間では金曜の日没から土曜の日没まではあらゆる労働が宗教で禁止されており（携帯を触ったり、運転も禁止）、街が静寂に包まれます。そうなると世界を旅するうどん屋としても暇なので、金曜夜にこのような会に呼んでいただけると活躍できて嬉しいです。今回も色々ありがとうございました！

The preivous host held a party a week ago held workshop this time! The host used to live in Kagawa prefecture (aka Udon pref.) so had a nice local talk about udon and this prefecture here in Jerusalem. Here in Israel which most of the population follow Judism, from Friday night to Saturday night is the period called "Shabbat" and devout Jews are not allowed to work (even touching smartphone or driving are forbidden!). So I usually dont have a booking from Jews during this time so I was happy that I could use time efficiently with Japanese peoople. Thank you all for coming and support.
