I've been making udon for only jewish people so far but this party was organized for Japanese girl's birthday and was mainly for kids from Japan and other countries. In Israel there are people from variety of countries working for better living condition of Palestine. There was a muslim guest this time so the host prepared noodle dipping sauce without mirin(which includes a bit of alcohol). Very surprised to see kids being 100% focused on my introduction and explanation about udon. Some kids were taking notes on how to make udon from scratch. How brillant they are! Thank you everyone for support.

イスラエル人の方々にうどんを作る機会がこれまで多かったですが、今回は日本人の子供の誕生日会に招待され、日本人を含む世界各地の方々が参加してくれました！イスラエルではパレスチナ支援のため、世界各地から働きに来ています。今回はムスリム系の子供も参加していたため、幹事の方にハラルを考慮しためんつゆを作っていただきました。子供達が世界を旅するうどん屋の自己紹介や、日本とうどんについての説明に100パーセント集中して耳を傾け、何人かはノートをとってくれていたことには感激しました（質問攻撃に合いました笑）！今回もみなさんありがとうございました。
