またしてもフランクフルトに舞い戻りました、谷村うどんでございます。日本人と似て、他のヨーロッパの人と比べると真面目でマメなドイツ人が多い中、うどん生地の上で踊る「うどんダンス」を見せてくれたドイツ人がいた一方で、一生懸命うどんの作り方をメモしてくれている真面目な子供がいたりで、当たり前ですが十人十色なドイツ人なわけでした。みなさん熱心にたくさんの質問をしてくださりました。谷村うどんパーティー参加のため有給をとって参加してくれた方もいました（涙）今回もいろいろな方に大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました！

Back to lovely Frankfurt again. Although German people tend to be serious and diligent people as far as I know, some showed us “udon dance” on the dough and we all enjoyed his performance lol Some kids were very diligent and were taking notes about udon making which was totally impressive! Lots of people asked me many great questions. One person took a day off from his work to participate my udon party! Thank you all for support.
