The very first Tanimura Udon workshop in Spain was organized in Jerez de la Frontera, widely known as home of flamenco and sherry. I was fortunate enough to be able to have an opportunity to teach the way I make udon to chefs in Jerez. On top of hot and cold udon, the host and I decided to serve this innovative menu by udon restaurant in Kagawa pref, Kamatama butter udon and guests seemed to like this one the most. I hope my recipe and the way I live could become their inspiration in someway. I got a chance to enjoy flamenco and sherry in Jerez with locals as well and I once again recognized that this is what I enjoy the most in my udon journey.
