2017/11/14 See you again Australia!!!

ついにオーストラリアを出国しました！昨年末にスーツケースに超重量級の麺切りカッターを入れ、ツテなしでオーストラリアに突っ込んできて早一年。ブリスベン、ゴールドコースト、コフスハーバー、シドニー、キャンベラ、メルボルン、パースとうどん旅を続ける中で色々なことがありました。なので、色々書きたいことはありますが一つに絞るとすれば、やはり「うどんを通して旅中で出会った人々の優しさに触れられた事」に猛烈に感謝しています。しがない名もなき旅するうどん屋に、部屋を無料提供してくれたり、食事に一緒に参加さえてくれたり、色々なモノや言葉をくれたり、人生についての話を聞かせてくれたり・・・etc.本当に人間の素晴らしい部分にたくさん触れる体験をさせて頂きました（なんか書いてて泣きそうになってきましたw）。よくよく考えればこの１年間で、山のような量のビールをご馳走になったように思います笑これらの経験は、私が今後うどん旅を続ける中で、世界中の人にシェアしていきますし、良い循環が生まれるよう、頂いた愛と喜びを自分からも引き続きうどんを通して伝達していこうと思います。そしてまた別の形で、私が伝達したものが私に還元されることでしょう。私が世界中でうどんを作る事で、私の周りにこのような「喜びの循環」が生まれればこの上ない喜びです。旅中でお世話になった皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。また世界のどこかで、必ずお会いしましょう！

Finally departed Australia! Time flies and it has already been a year since I recklessly arrived to Australia with unimaginably heavy udon cutter in my suitcase. You might have a hard time imagining exactly how my journey was like as a traveling udon maker, but honestly lots and lots of things happened along the way. Many things comes in my head, but one best experience out of all was that I actually got to see and feel how human beings can be so nice to this random traveling udon maker…! Such touching experiences when some offered me a room for free, invited me to go out for dinner, shared words, contributed things from my wishlist, shared stories of their lives…Oh, how beautiful human beings can be! Can’t even remember how much beer was offered this year. I will definitely share these experiences in Australia in my future journey, and pay them forward so that a great “happiness cycle” can be formed around me. I can’t appreciate enough with words, but thank you so much to people encountered along my udon journey, and definitely see you again somewhere in the world!
